Key Stage 4 Options
Welcome to the start of an important and exciting time for your child as they think about their future and decide on their Key Stage 4 (KS4) courses.
The aim of the Key Stage 4 curriculum is to allow your child to be successful in a range of courses that suit their skills, interests, and aspirations for the future. In doing so, there will be a greater emphasis on using approaches to study that promote independence and home learning.
Over the coming weeks, we will be supporting all Year 9 students through a process that will culminate with them completing their options form and being placed onto their GCSE courses. A timeline for the first stage of this process can be found below.
