Work experience and volunteering
At Eden Park we encourage students to get a wide range of work experience in GP practices and other NHS organisations. We can help students to build connections with local GP and hospitals in the borough in which they live. Useful volunteering opportunities for medical applications are care homes and opportunities to work with children.
The BMAT is used by universities around the world to help select applicants for medical and dental degree programmes.
To learn more about the test, please visit: https://www.admissionstesting.org/for-test-takers/bmat/
This is an admissions test also used to admit students into medical and dental degree programmes.
To find out more about the UCAT, please visit: https://www.ucat.ac.uk/
The student’s university choices will dictate the test they are required to complete.
